With six successful branches in Backnang, Bad Mergentheim, Crailsheim, Fellbach, Schorndorf and Schwäbisch Hall, the company is a major player not only regionally but also nationally.

The challenge

Coordinating the various locations and warehouses of HEM Küchen was a considerable challenge for a long time. In Schwäbisch Hall in particular, where administration, logistics and the main warehouse are based, all paperwork and orders used to be processed manually. This often led to delays and inefficiencies in the workflow.

The warehouse in Waiblingen posed an even greater challenge. Without an assembly manager and local administration, numerous phone calls and extensive coordination between the fitters and the central administration were necessary to ensure that everything ran smoothly. These manual processes were time-consuming and increased the susceptibility to errors.
